This family home has its own private access to the patrolled beach and features a balcony off the lounge/dining area. The kitchen is fully self contained and features an oven and fridge. The lounge/dining area overlooks the ocean and had a large balcony to sit out and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. A perfect spot to sip on a cool drink while watching the kids play on the beach. There are three bedrooms, two with king beds and the other with a bunk bed, featuring a double futon on the bottom and a single bed on top. This property is approximately a 15 minute walk into the heart of Broadbeach where youll find all the cafes and restaurants. There is also major shopping centres close by and the Mermaid Beach surf club a minute walk away. Single parking for 1 car.
